MySQL databases cleared and not allowing to add

All of my MySQL databases have been cleared, along with the users. I can't add new databases or users either.

Not sure what the problem is, maybe something to do with recent updates?

Would like to get my databases back.. if not, at least be able to readd.

Don't panic, the databases are safe although the connection to database server currently fail, which means cPanel can't see that you have them.
This is likely a result of the high load on the hardware due to work being done.

Any ideas when they can be back online?
