MySQL DB issues

Hi

I have MySQL issues. I am supposed to have 4 databases to install my apps in Softaculous fails as it says I have reached the maximum and the Cpanel homepage. As shown in the pics below.

Can you resolve this issue ASAP??

Actually it is the cPanel Statistics that is incorrect. I believe that each user on x10Hosting is given a maximum of 2 databases; however it appears the cPanel Statistics is showing the maximum as 4 databases which is incorrect.

In other words, your MySQL Database limit is 2, and has always been 2.

The problem is that cPanel is also listing 2 Postgresql databases along with the 2 Mysql. Postgresql is not enabled for free hosting at all, and cPanel still wants to list it anyway. For free hosting, the maximum is only 2 MySql databases.
