MySQL Error

I am trying to upload a back-up of an SQL database I've got via PhpMyAdmin but I keep getting this error:

The I am using is:

skullcity.co.cc

Yes it is my own domain and yes it is hosted on an x10 server.
I think the MySQL server is timing out because there are too many lines

There have been a few issues with MySQL over the last couple of days. Please give it a couple of hours, and then post back here if you are still having a problem.

How large is the backup? If it's really large, try splitting them into smaller parts.
