Mysql Error

This error has started to appear when i open phpmyadmin or try to connect to mysql through php.

#1129 - Host 'boru.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'


My website has had no connection errors as far as i know, but have a feeling this is a server error and not just our site as it just states the server name.

Any help would be appreciated
