MySql Error?!?!

Hi I have a mysql server running elsewhere and am trying to access it through my php web pages. The connections fail each time. I have tried it on multiple different hosts but really want to use your service! Any ideas?

You cannot connect to remote mysql from our free hosting services. It is blocked by our firewall.

Almost no free hosting services allow this, just so you know.

Our premium hosting doesn't have this restriction.
