MySQL error

Hey I host a gmod server and theres an addon called Promethues that requires the MySQL and there is this error when I put in the host:
connect to MySQL server on 'egrpdarkrp.x10host.com' (10060)
Now the tutorial to it said for me to put my url as the host.
I have my Remote MySQL as % (wildcard)

Sorry, we don't allow remote MySQL connections for free hosting customers. This feature is only available in x10Premium, so you can only connect from scripts that are actually hosted on your hosting account.

If you are connecting from a script on your hosting account, you can use localhost as the hostname.
