I have been trying to move my domain site on your hosting, having previously had it hosted elsewhere.
Now when trying to set up the mysql, I kept on having access denied errors. I believed that the error was caused by an error of mine and so to try and trace the issue I installed a script from fantastico installer that used mysql (LimeSurvey) which creates its own database and sets it up. However this script had the same issue.
I would like to know what is causing this and what I or you can do to fix it.

Hello,

Should be sorted now, your remote database access hosts table was missing one entry that is needed since webserver and mysql is not on the same physical server.
