MySQL Problem

Hi all,

It seems that ever since the migrations I've been having an SQL error on pncguild.net with a 1045 error. The MySQL configuration appears correct. I tried running a few things in cPanel, the first thing I did was a check DB and was hit by this error:
Error from MySQL query: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown database 'andrew94_pnc' at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 1196.
Failed to use andrew94_pnc: Unknown database 'andrew94_pnc'

I also noticed that whenever I try to login with PhpmyAdmin I'm met by a blank white screen no matter what I enter.
