Mysql Still an issue

Hi i reported a mysql issue on the 13th July and its now been a week and still my database's aren't working and on top of the the redirect i had set is gone as well.

Any idea how long this issue is going to last and is there a solution is site as i can't operate a site with out the database functions.

Sorry for not being able to reply to the comments left on the previous thread but i was away on holiday and have only just got back..

Hello, can you check if int.boru.x10hosting.com is added as mysql remote host.

Well i'm not sure how to do that, However the mysql was working fine before and then the database just vanished as did the redirrect.

ok managed to work it out and i have now added it and the database is still missing.
