I can't access my website for 3 days now, please do something !

try with replace [ 127.0.0.1 ] with [ localhost ]

something I don't understand, why I got this error, I have never changed anything on my website and all was great until this came up ?

"localhost" is the only thing that should ever have worked. If 127.0.0.1 was working at all, it was due to a temporary configuration error (that has since, obviously, been fixed).

Ok, the line "host" in config.php was "Localhost", so I changed it with just"localhost" without caps, and It worked...
