you have to set your name servers at the registrar.... and point them to here or wherever wherever you have your dns hosted at....

i think these are x10's

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

not for sure since i use zoneedit

zoneedit is a dns service thats free for the first 5 domains and allows dynamic dns... plus it allows unlimmited sub domains and they all can point to different ip addresses and allows cloaking of ports and different cool stuff like that...

I had all my stuff hosted on my sunblade 100 running gentoo at home before I joined X10 and i never changed my dns when i joined X10 just the ip addresses....
plus i still have a sub domain pointed to my house for ssh access...

you can but you don't have to you can leave your domain registered where it is point it there for dns and point the web here and still use your X10 account and be able to point the domain elsewhere for other stuff....

did you use zonedit or just pointed the domain x10's NS's?

If you did the NS thing, Make sure that your domain is parked @cPanel

i carnt login to cpanel ether as it pulls up my old hosts cpanel
Edit:
this is what i have done

Destination Forwarded (Http Redirect) to : http://ns1.x10hosting.com

i set the 1st dns to ns1.x10hosting.com

2nd dns is set to ns2.x10hosting.com

To login to your cpanel, use your x10hosting subdomain: http://example.x10hosting.com:2082

Make sure you add the 2082 port number and it will connect to the x10 cpanel, as for the nameservers:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

They are definately correct, once you are in your cPanel, park your domain.
