Whenever I add the X10 nameservers the IP address resolved (for ns2) is incorrect. They should be:

ns1.x10hosting.com (99.198.122.2)
ns2.x10hosting.com (69.175.6.66)

But they are:

ns1.x10hosting.com (99.198.122.2)
ns2.x10hosting.com (108.178.57.230)

This is stopping my domain resolving (channelwiki.org). Name.com also doesn't allow me to specifiy an IP address for a nameserver. I have contacted them and they told me to contact the host (X10)

Many thanks,
channelw

The DNS looks OK to me now. I think if you add your domain to CPanel, you should be set.

I still get the following error:

Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers.

No problem!

My only guess is that it took some time for Name.com to update their end, so you had a temporary error. If it gives you any further trouble, let us know!

Also, this page probably needs updating:

I've updated the wiki article as it does appear the NS2 IP address is different; thank you for letting us know about this. :)

Thank you
