Nameserver not allowed

Hey guys, i need your help. My domain provider does not allow nameserver configuration under DNS. My only options are: CNAME, A, Web forward or Web alias. Can anyone please help me and explain, how i can manage this to work with my domain on x10hosting.com?

I contacted one.com and they change the Nameserver to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Great, you can now add your domain as a parked or addon domain in your cPanel.

So, i have following Problem. My domain provider says, that there cannot connect with the Nameserver of x10hosting.com. I give the Nameserver ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com my provider incl. IP adress. They would be know where the servers are, in which country.

x10's servers are located in Chicago, IL in the United States within the SingleHop datacenter.
