Need assistance with accessing SSH

i tried to use PUTTY to login to my account - however it seems i keep getting access denied -

i am using both x10 hosting domain and dtfx10m2 as my username but the password seems not to be working -

what agent should i be using to connect properly without being locked ?

can i please get unlocked ?

SSH is not an option available to free hosting, it will fail as the function is turned off.

I believe premium may offer a jailed version of ssh, but for true ssh access you need a VPS.

I have unblocked your IP.
