Need backup restored

I need a backup restored(data and mysql), it is in the public_html directory but I am unsure of how.

Edit:Thanks for the reply. I was able to figure out how to do it manually.

Have you tried going to cPanel -> R1Soft ?

You can restore your public_html folder from there.

For your Database, maybe an adm can help you out.

It seem I was not very clear. The backup I would like to restore is from another host(a complete backup from the cpanel's normal backup section).

You could download the files from the host with FTP, then upload them to here.

As for the mySQL backup, go inside your phpMyAdmin at that host and go to the "export" section and export it. Then you go to the phpMyAdmin at x10 and chose the "import" section and paste/upload the sql there.
