It would appear that you're stuck between two "ownership" policies. x10Hosting requires that you set their nameservers with your domain provider before you add the domain here in order to verify that you own the domain. The .pt domain provider (like many European country code TLD providers) requires that you add the domain first before you add the nameservers in order to prove that you own the website. A staff member here will need to manually park the domain to your account. (I don't have that ability here.)

Can you confirm the domain name you wish to add? Please make sure there are no spelling errors, etc., before submitting.

Hi again. @essellar.. Yes i confirmo that the domain is suaz.pt.. How can i request a staff member to help me? i have only been able to make it work with an external service like clouDNS.com which creates the dnz zone. I talked to a webmaster friend and he told me that i am adding another layout between the server and the domain. is this really the case? How can i make it work the best way.
Thank you your support.

Best regards,
Luke

You've already made the request (here); it's just that there aren't many people who have the needed access, and all of the people working support here are volunteers, so it may take some time. I asked for the domain confirmation so that whoever comes along with the right access doesn't have to ask you again and make you wait longer.

Hello Dead-i.
I got so happy when I found this post.

I have the same situation as 'suazmedi'. My domain is womanbox.pt. The .PT domain provider continues with the horrible policies.
In order to change the namespaces to your: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com it needs to pass this technical validation: https://www.dns.pt/pt/ferramentas/avaliador-tecnico/ This one is order gives error because the domain is not parked at x10hosting.com. I am in a vicious cycle. :/

Could you please manually park this domain for me?
My domain at x10hosting is womanbox.x10host.com. My account is with the same email as as the account for the forum.

IF your domain registrar requires that the nameserver has a zone file for your domain before it will allow you to set the nameservers - you need to open a support post in this forum (i.e. do not hijack someone's thread) and ask the Admins to set a zone file for your domain in your account

as a security and verification test - to prevent users from attempting domain hijacking - x10hosting has changed the requirements for free-hosting accounts - you need to set the DNS (Domain Name System) [ NS ] records (for your domain) to x10hosting's nameservers [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ] for all [ addon ] or [ Parked (same as 'Aliases')] domains - instead of DNS [ A ] record - before you can add them in cPanel as an addon or Parked (same as 'Aliases') domain

Just adding a DNS [ A ] record will not work

Thank you for the reply.

I didn't mean to hijack someone's else post. Usually at forums the same problems should be discussed in the same thread. That was the case. I have exactly the same problem as the post creator thus I thought why should I duplicate an issues if same as mine exist and was fixed by an forum support member.

Anyway gonna open new support request!

Thank you all for your help and suggestions.

Moving this issue to my own thread.

the issue is - before the "problems" are solved and - if you add your issue to a thread after it has been solved - more than likely no one will look at it

Well my problem is not solved, and I am about to leave this site because for 5 days I have been trying to park by domain name to my site on x10hosting and it is not working, I followed every word you guys said and it still not connecting, keep telling me it time out. Can some tell me what I need to do to add a park name for my domain. I don't want to leave godaddy I just want to park my domain that is all.
