Need help launching my website!

Hi! I'm actually new at this and I just signed up yesterday for your free hosting. I already created a web site in joomla and everything is ready but I need to know how to use my files in joomla to launch my site on your server. I only knew that I have to sign up for a web server and according to the tutorial I viewed, the web server will give you infos like db username and password and how to load your files in joomla to the server. Please send me step by step instructions on how i can successfully launch my site to your server. Thank you very much!
