so i was adding an member system and then i went to test the activation out and when i clicked the link it said
Account Suspended. Webmaster, please, contact support.

but if you go to my website my homepage and that works

If the error page was displayed by the software you are running, you have to check with its developer.

I have checked your suspension history, and you have never been suspended.

As descalzo said, the only way that could have shown is if the PHP you are using displayed it itself.
