Need help with Domain Transfers

Hi there,
I have two websites www.snowelkproductions.co.uk and www.cheekty.co.uk
These are hosted with Moonfruit, which aren't any good to me any more but I want to keep the email accounts from both sites.
Now on WhoIs, they say they are with gandi.net. Which I have never dealt with - I want to sign up to X10 Premium and transfer both domains over and keep the emails from the accounts.

My moonfruit subscription for these accounts expired today but the domain doesn't untill sept 2015 and an 2016. How can I transfer it all over to x10 on the cheapest per month route?

Are you looking to fully transfer the domain to us, or are you looking to point your preexisting domain to your x10Premium account?

Hey its no worries, just panicking now as the account expires today with Moonfruit. My own fault for not paying attention haha.

Fully transfer snowelkproductions.co.uk and cheektv.co.uk.
I also have a snowelkproductions.com which is pointed to to snowelkproductions.co.uk

There is no "right away" when you change where domains point to; DNS entries take time to propagate across the web, and no matter how quickly that happens (it can take 72 hours for changes to spread throughout the web, and usually takes on the order of six hours to get a "critical mass" of DNS servers clued into the change) there is going to be a window of time when traffic will be misrouted. You're out of time at your old host, so the "hold-and-forward" (or "forward to an alternate address in the interim") option isn't available to you. You may lose some mail, and users may not be able to reach your site for a period of time. And no, there is absolutely nothing anyone can do to expedite the process -- you have to wait for the servers to spread the gossip themselves.

Thanks for that, i guessed there would be some down time - shame it doesn't work instantly eh? Haha.

Just waiting on the best way to bring everything over to x10 now and how much it would be?
