Why, when I work with my Joomla and try to add files to update the Joomla language or tamplate example gives me an error "The page you requested is temporarily unavailable."
Please try again later. Is there any problem with the servers and to constantly pull this error
to load the page no problem but when I try to work with administration panel nothing gets a new installation and should not make a problem
