need help

cant make databases

this error arises

There are no databases associated with your account.

Where are you trying to create a database? You must created it in cPanel, under the section databases.

yes i try to create in cpanel in database section but same error

i think databases are not visible to me and it give this in database section [There are no databases associated with your account.]

and now when i try to make new database it say this

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.

Have you really exceeded the maximum allowed databases?
It is only TWO.

yes it says you have maximum databases but dont know why dont visible to me ?

Check your cpanel's left column for that.

in left status bar it shows 0 / 2 databases uses

but when try to create database in database section it shows this error

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.

plz suggest what to do ?
