Need More Space

I thought new websites got 1 GB of space? I am at 512 of 512 MB. How and when can I get more? (Account opened 8/9/2015). (A total of 1 GB will satisfy my needs).

New accounts usually start at 512MB. Once the account has been active for 7 days, you can request for a free upgrade to unmetered disk space.

Well it has now been over a week. Who do I ask for an increase?
