Need more storage and hidden entry no longer works

some years ago my allocation was reduced from one gb to 0.5gb. I really need 2 gb to work with my site.
Also, the hidden entry, https://multigenes.x10.mx/webtrees/pedigree.php?rootid=I1&ged=Rumpf, to my website only returns a blank screen. I have no idea why , only that it has to do with the recent x13 changes.

as for allocation, you need to be using at least half or more of your current allocation before getting an increase.

If the site runs on database, you may have to downgrade php version, all accounts were set to 7.2 in the migrations. If you are using older mysql_connect statements you need to go to 5.6, those statements was removed fully from version 7.0 and replaced with safer mysqli_ and PDO functions

I have increased the available space for you.

If you need another increase, let me know, but there has to be at least 7 days between the requests. I might suggest optimizing images as well if possible, they would likely load faster in a browser if you do (and take less space)

Thanks for the increase. After viewing the initial comments and examining the error log, I changed some php settings. The web site worked for a day.

Now it is non functional. The error log records nothing and even the basic site entry is non functional. What is going on?

Today it works! I guess things are not quite stable at x10hosting. I will just cool it for a while and hope things still work when the dust settles.
