Need port opened...please?

Hello,

I have been with x10Hosting for a few years now on some other accounts. I know the support here is awesome, so could somebody do my website a quick favor? I am trying to query my Minecraft server to show up in my website's sidebar, however I know that a port is blocked on here...The port I need opened is 25571 for dtatestsite.x10.mx. Thanks in advance.

We can not open ports upon request on free hosting, this would quickly get out of hand and we'd have a firewall that was leaking heaps if we started doing it.
