Need to make a site in this style...

I have this wordpress theme by wayneconnor called picture perfect. What I want to do is make a web page with a similar looking theme with static pages that I can put information on. I don't want a blogroll and don't want to use up databases.

Are there any page builders like we have wordpress blog builder that might have a theme like this? Or is there some way I can organise wordpress to do what I want?

It is possible to recreate a WP template but requires some skill. You would have to locate the CSS files and the files that spit out HTML code and create a template based on that.
Or, you could search free template sites for one that is similar.

I guess Dreamweaver CS5 would be ideal for this cos it has integrated CMS support that can find and display all files related to some page. That way you could easily know where to look for what.
