Need to terminate my account

I have been using x10 hosting free hosting for a while now and its great I have no problems with it but I have purchased a resseller acount elseware and need to terminate my account is there a way I can do this.. Thanks guys..

Please confirm that you have all backups needed before we terminate your account. (once confirmed ticket needs to be escalated)

I do have all the backup I need thanks, My account is ready to be Deleted.. X10hosting has been really good and allowed me to do everything I need to do..
