Never received email activation after signup

They said to wait about an hour then contact support, I never got one...

Did you check the spam folder? Sometimes the confirmation e-mail does end up there.

Also you can request the confirmation e-mail to be resent from within the account panel, use your e-mail address as login and the password you entered when signing up for login.
