New account not working

I just registered an account for the domain aka911.x10hosting.com and it is not working. I got the email with the account details and says it was setup and yet it does not work.

Also I tried to file a ticket and it says you have to be logged in and to click here to register an account. So I clicked the link to register and it says I do not have permission to access that page without being logged in. :nuts:

Please help. I need this account ASAP or will have to look elsewhere.

same problem here... created over 15 hours ago..

user name does not exist, even tho I used the details I got by email

I have the same site not working problem, but I am able to log into my account panel, where it says everything is online. I logged into the support desk using my forum name and password and submitted a ticket yesterday, but i haven't had any luck yet. I really hope someone can fix the problem soon.

I decided to just give up and go somewhere else. I don't have time to wait around.

Did you try logging in with your forum username and password?

Please log into the support system with your forum username and password.

Ya I noticed that was the way to do it now, but it is to late. I got server elsewhere.
