new account / unable to login to cpanel

Just registered today and cannot login to cpanel. I already got the email with all the login info.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, to begin with, there have been several issues with the accounts on x10Hosting's Database, so this problem may be related to your issue.

Now, from what I see on the sub-domain you've provided, it looks like it hasn't been registered yet. It clearly tells me that this domain is still available.

Try registering again and linking your forum account to your account for the web server.

It seems alot of people are having this problem, you will have to wait for a staff member to delete the account and then you can re-create it.

Yes im having the same problem with my account, except when i got my email, it provided me with with credentials that i didnt sign up with

EX:
My REAL username is DM_Eagle01
the email provided me Eagle01

Eagle01 could be your cPanel username, have you tried logging in with that?

Yes i have tried both usernames and still no success I was creating this webhost for a school project and to use it as our senior class website because i find this hosting to be excellent and the support is fast acting too

Could changing my login credentials under my control page sovle this?


***IT even shows Eagle01 under my account information!!! how is it possible that i have to login with DM_Eagle01 and yet it shows Eagle01?????????
