New free hosting account

Hi, i have login for the forums but im trying to open a new free hosting account with my current email, but it tells me that its in use already. I submited a ticket so they told me to put here, what should i do beside open a new email account which i dont want to. Thanks

On what step does it fail to use that e-mail? And what is the error message you are getting?

Hi, thanks for the reply, the thing is that i had a free hosting account, but i stopped using it, so they cancelled it, now im trying to get a new free account but using the same email, which of course is taken by me, so how can i get the free account with the same email??...thanks a lot
