This varies on how many people are signing up. There are two main hostings "starka" and "boru" and some other known ones.
It could take up to 12hours from when you requested one (mine did)

You should check your e-mail around 12-24 hours of application for the verification we send. Be sure to check both inbox and spam folders.

It usually takes a few hours, but in rare occasions (such as an unusually long queue or a system fault) it can take up to 48 hours
