New Signup Unable to Login -->access denied

New Signup on 4-29-2014,
Domain being signup at x10hosting: ITinfrastructureNY.x10.mx

After receiving & clicking on the Email confirmation for new signup from my email, it would go to the link, but then get a "access denied"

Initially I was thinking that because of x10hosting migration, new signup are being delayed/backlogged.
However to this date, every time I tried to Login it would goes to a blank page that just say "access denied"...

The sigin page I use: https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login
Then it would go to this page: https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/signup/pending (access denied)

I had also tried signing up again but it would return current email in usage already...
I also had reset the password to ensure Login & password matches. However still after password reset, signing in would point to "access denied" page.

Currently still unable to get any further to start with x10hosting.
Need help/advice. Many Thanks!

Signups for new accounts - have had some issues - a Admin needs to 'hit' the server again

Thanks for dropping a note, I have largely suspect that it is a technical issue on x10hosting with new signup.

What does it mean Admin need to "hit" the server again? As in like some old habit of kicking the vending machine when the soda doesn't fall down? :)

Hi there,

I'm not actually seeing any valid accounts in the system matching the domain "ITinfrastructureNY.x10.mx". Could you please double-check this is correct?

I can lookup your account ID from that, but it looks like there is no hosting account actually associated with your client ID. If you signed up during the migration period, it may have unfortunately been lost during the migrations. Please could you try signup again once signups have been reopened?

I have tried to signup again, but every time it would says the follow during the validation process:

Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.
Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.

Which mean new signup has not been reopened yet?

Yes, signups have not been reopened yet since we are still working on server configurations and restoring individual user files :)

Wonders when would new signup re-open? Anywhere on the announcement/status board I should keep an lookout?

It should be announced here when signups reopen. Right now we are focusing on getting everything reconfigured on the servers first. :)
