First I would like to use this post to introduce myself I am Eric and I have taking a new role in the past few months here at x10hosting. Some of you who have been using our discord server have already seen me around and I plan to be around the forums to give any support I can provide.

The wait is over! Sign ups are now available on the website.

With this new signup we have also unblocked a large number of previously blocked countries! This includes unblocks for France, Finland, Greece, Germany, Denmark, Brazil, Nepal and MANY MANY MANY more! As technology has advanced to allow us to control bots and abusers more efficiently we are going to attempt to start fresh here at x10hosting! If you find you are still getting errors and you believe your country is still blocked just reach out to us on the forums or discord and we will glady help you out!

Existing users will need to use the Forgot password link the first time accessing from the login form. : https://x10hosting.com/login

New users can sign up on the main page found here : https://x10hosting.com/#create

Please note the following if you already have a forum account without an active hosting service

If you have a forum user already, but your forum password is weak, you will have to change your forum password to a strong password first. If your email address matches an email address in the forum, use that forum account.

I am not able to log in at all now. I have requested a password reset but I have not received anything. I'd appreciate being able to get into my account. Thank you

PS I am not a new member, I have been here for years now!

Can you please try this now? I have synced your account manually with our new system.

Hi same problems as above . Old member trying to sign in and unable to went to password reset as instructed but no email. Appreciate if you could help

Hello,

I see that you may not have logged into your account since 2019-04-23. If this is correct your website may not be available anymore as previously we had a policy that you must logging to your account at least once every 30 days. If you can confirm this information may be correct I may be able to attempt to retrieve your account but I can not make any promises at this time. You are welcome to signup and create a new account!

I am also having problems. I tried to reset the password as instructed, but I have not received the reset-password email. I am not sure if this is an issue with my email service provider, but would like to login to my account. Is there anyway to reset the email account without login in?

I am not seeing any active service for your account at this time. The last known login we have for you is from June of 2020. Our system requires you to access your account at-least once a month for it to remain in our system being termination occurs. If you believe you have accessed your account since then or if you account is under a different email than k**in.**y@gmail.com please feel free to contact support on discord ; https://discord.gg/Ab9eGwsxh2 or you may send a message on the forums with an updated email to look up your account.

If you do believe you have not logged in you are free to create a new account.

I've manage to resolve the issue. I needed to change my forum password to an accepted format to be able to create a hosting account.

Same problem as above. I tried repeatedly to reset password, but have not received email. I login to the Forum 2 or 3 times a month. I have not been able to login to the Portal for some time.

Help!

My website is gone after password reset (http://mondoshawan.elementfx.com/).

Attempts at uploads or creating new files, etc. give me this error or similar:

AN ERROR OCCURRED
Unable to open /home/mondosh2/Comics_URL_Selector.html1qqp76 for writing

Warning: Saved filesize is less than uploaded filesize. Check quotas.
Warning: Quota limit reached. File(s) may be empty.

I find that I can not login to my existing hosting account nor can I reset my account password. I never receive a password reset email after multiple attempts. Could you check and see what the problem might be? Thanks.

I am also unable to get the password reset link. I tried again about a half hour ago, but still no email.

I login to the forum a couple of times every month, but haven't been able to get to the portal since the last migration.
