Hi All,
A couple of things...
First, the latest solution we have implemented has been a success so far. We could have not hoped for better results. It has been online for over 72 hours now and has had 100% uptime. We've had a few small things to tweak and may still have a few more but so far we're very happy with the results. We're also seeing over a 100% speed increase in page loading from before.
Second, we're still catching up on support. If you need your account restored, fixed, or anything related to support, please be patient. We had over 23 pages of requests (over 400) submitted in under 24 hours after we turned everything back online. We are trying to get through them as quickly as we can. Do not bump your thread, it will put you at the end of the line to get a response
There are also different levels of support and restores needed, response times will vary depending on your issue. We have 2 levels of backups, if your account failed to restore from its package you will have to wait for the file restores before we're able to help you. This may take another day or two as we have terabytes of data to restore, these threads will be escalated into tickets which can be viewed from your account panel. If you have your own backup and do not want to wait for us but have already opened a thread, please update the thread that you do not want a restore, otherwise your account will be overwritten from backup.
I can't stress this one enough:
Do not bump your support threads, you will only delay the response time
