New user need help

hello everyone, I'm a new user to your service and i having a problem getting my new website online with your service . I have a free domain which is http://www.hamradiotv.tk. I was able to park the domain on your system with no problems . Now the heard part was after i updated my ip address from my domain service which is also free www.dot.tk . was about to do that no problem as well . came back to the cpanel and installed the wordpress plug-in after which it loaded find tried to see if i could access my website and got a 504 error. tried drupal it loading with the admain page but on the all you saw was /index . and it tell me something about database limits usage as been reached

Please please help

Welcome to x10Hosting.

Every time you install something using our auto-installer, Softaculous, it automatically creates a new database for you. On free hosting, we cap the number of databases to 2. Normally you can opt to use the same database when installing software manually, but Softaculous forces you to make a new one.

You can, of course, delete databases if you no longer need them, by navigating to MySQL Databases in cPanel.

I ran a lookup on your domain and it looks like your domain is not pointing to our nameservers, which is what you will need to do through dot.tk to use your domain with us. Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

When i Changed the name server on my free domain .tk system I error picture enclosed

You seem to be trying to add them as A records. Please add them as Nameservers, not A records.

those name-servers are not 'valid' to set on a [ dot.tk ] domain
[ dot.tk ] has blocked them for sometime now - as for why IDNK

name servers [ ns2.x10premium.com ] and [ ns4.x10hosting.com ] have the same IP [ 108.178.57.230 ]

I used name servers [ ns1.x10premium.com ] and [ ns2.x10premium.com ] - with no IP - for my last two (add-on and a parked) dot.tk domains

dot.tk has blacklisted the usual x10hosting nameservers. The new ones are alternatives.

Just try what he suggested.

@hamradi2 What exactly is happening when you try to add the nameservers now?

@descalzo @bdistler Dot.tk have apparently unblocked our nameservers now, according to their twitter post. I haven't confirmed it for myself yet, however.
