New Website/Blog Question

Hiya,
I installed wordpress and created a theme and random post to see how it looks. And while I can see the site with 'admin mode' when I go on it without it I can't see anything, i.e. link below?
http://www.alakblog.x10host.com/
What am I doing wrong?

Hi alakblog,

I can see your site fine at http://www.alakblog.x10host.com/wp/ as it seems your WordPress blog was created in a new directory named "wp".

It may be best for you to move your WordPress files into the parent directory to stop this from happening.

Try:
http://www.alakblog.x10host.com/wp

You installed WordPress in a subdirectory , public_html/wp .
When you just use the URL of your site, it goes to the main directory, pulblic_html
1) Uninstall WP and then install in your main directory
OR
2) set up a redirect via .htaccess in public_html that sends / to /wp

Another question
Is there any tutorial on how to install custome themes on x10hosting?

For example, I found Jarida theme very nice, but when you download it you get few files and such. How you go about implementing these files and creating that theme on the website?

For WordPress themes, WordPress have a wiki article on how you can install themes here:

Just as a quick note, it seems that "Jarida" in particular is a paid theme. If you do install a paid theme, please make sure you have purchased it legitimately from the author.
