Newly created account suspended due to a substantial link...

Hi! We are planing to move from Godaddy to x10premium due to issues that we have with WordPress for our developer from Ukraine. Before move 30 mins ago we've created free account on x10 to test WordPress. Our Ukraine developer tried to login to x10hosting but login was refused. After this it's not possible to access x10hosting account even from US. Is it possible to fix this?

The error message:

Access is restricted to your hosting account. The restriction is due to a substantial link having been discovered between your account and another account with a history of abuse activity.

I'm sorry you hit those restrictions. Due to the large amount of abuse we get on our free hosting service, we have much tighter security checks implemented there, which help to help combat this abuse and make our free service safer for everyone.

Currently on our free hosting service, we have some restrictions on which countries can manage a website, but we are hoping to open signups to all countries soon.

When the server saw a Ukraine user successfully use your login credentials, your account was deactivated as a precaution. To make things worse, our logs indicate that your Ukraine developer has previously had a hosting account with us before, and used the last account for malicious activity. The system automatically suspended your account when this match was found.

Thank you for prompt reply. Yes, developer previously used x10hosting for many years with WordPress, was blocked for not clear reason, and it was his recommendation to switch to x10. Is it possible to reactivate my account? If not, is it possible for me to create another free account from my IP and with my email

And another question - will be there any restrictions on accessing account control panel and site by FTP from Ukraine on x10premium?
