Nice layout tutorial(s)

Many people here are beginners when it comes to web design. That's why templates are really popular. Although I don't use them I believe they are the best way of learning how to do it yourself one day. When learning, only thing you can find on the Internet better then templates, are design tutorial. I stumbled on one today and I thought that people around here are hungry for stuff like that so I made this thread to post it now and continue posting whenever I find another one. I also encourage everybody else to do the same.

It should be noted that the tutorial is for Photoshop users, & that whilst it is free, one has to pay if one wants to download the layout.
