No access to all files in a directory

There is no access to all my file in the "weatherlink/reports" directory, from my website.

Receive msg:
You don't have permission to access /weatherlink/reports/NOAAMO.TXT on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please fix.
Can you explain why and how/what makes this happen?

Hi,

Please ensure your file permissions are set correctly. Directories should be 755, and files should be 644. You can change file permissions through your cPanel File Manager, or through FTP.

thanks, back working again. Thought it work before, but maybe i change one.

Say, I have received a few instances of the "552 DISK FULL" on ftp since it was fixed on Saturday. Is this still an issue?

This was a server-wide issue affecting customers on xo5, which was resolved yesterday.
