Hey, This is getting OLD! I do not have cpanel email since the move. I have written in twice before and told to be patient. This is beyond patience guys, what is wrong, and when will you fix it?

Hello,

Which email client isn't working for you? As far as i am aware they should all be working.

Hello, can you please try logging into cPanel and Webmail via https://x10hosting.com/control

There seems to be an issue at the moment with logins that aren't from the account management panel.

I can login there just fine. I have been able too since the move. THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE!

My email available through your cpanel has gone away. It has been this way since the move. I cannot login. It tells me "login attempt failed"

since my email and account names and passwords are the same, it isn't a case of having forgotten them either.

I have figured it out and you guys somehow messed up!

I could log into my account and the forums with no problem. I could not log into cpanel or webmail.

On the off chance that it might give me useful info I clicked the forgot password link on cpanel. That directed me to my account and forced me to enter a security challenge. Then I changed my password. Now I can log in.

Why is this your issue? Because all my passwords were the same before, as they are again. I don't know if it was the security question not being answered or the fact that you changed my password but this was a nuisance. An admission that passwords had been lost, or needed to be changed after the move would have saved both of our time dealing with this.

And no, I didn't forget my password. I have been using the same mnemonic password (or some known variation) for all of my computer accounts for over 15 years now. Very hard to hack and impossible to forget.
