Hi daisyint,

It seems that you had hit the disk space limit on your account, and you were using the x10Hosting Basic theme. There is currently an issue with our Basic control panel where it will fail to load if the disk quota has been hit, which is why you were seeing a blank page. I've switched your theme to x3 so that you can access your control panel again, but please only switch back to Basic once your disk space is back under the limit. :)

Thank you,

IMO x10hosting will not increase disk space to store Emails - you need to down-load them for backup - then delete them from your free-hosting account

sorry - you need help by a Admin - like @Dead-i - who can 'see' into your account

Hi daisyint,

I've taken a further look at this, and it looks like these files are emails that have been sent to your main account, some of which appear to contain a backup attached sent by a WordPress backup plugin. :)

Thank you,
