No FTP connection

Hi, I'm trying to connect via ftp to my website, but I can't. However, I can ping the host x15.

What error message do you get? What are the details you are using for the connection (omit password of course)?

are you using the same credentials as your directadmin login ?
(note do not use email addresses to login, youd use same as forums i believe)

Im on x15 also, i use x15.x10hosting for the servername,
and i use ftp.mywebsite.name for the ftp address.
that works fine for me.

I don't get any error message, it just waits for connection.

I try to access using the IP: 198.91.81.15 or hostname x15.x10hosting.com.

As a user, my user, I did not use the email address.

Days passed accessed without problem, I have not made any changes.
