No reset password email

I tried resetting my password so I can login for the first time since the September switch and I am not receiving an email (tried 3 times the last hour, so now I am here. I was unable to login on the website for most of the summer so I switched over to FTP. I re-installed windows so I lost my login FTP info so went to try and login on the website, so now I am stuck and can't update the site.

I can see the emails are being sent properly from our end. Have you checked so that they have not ended up in your spam folder?

I am not sure but it looks you might use googles email.
sometimes email gets sent to either the trash or spam folder.
i also use gmail to.

Yeah, using Google. Spam folder is attached above. Nothing in the trash.

I'm also getting all these alert emails for this post/replies, so those are going through.
