My account is suspended because of "No site"?
What does that mean? I've had this site for months now and haven't made any major content changes since I started it? Why is it suspended?

your suspension reason code is 8F9AD9469D53

Thanks,

Hi jrverz,

Being suspended for "No site" likely means that our website review staff was unable to find any content on your website. They may have gotten a directory listing without any actual files on the account. Your account was suspended as a result because x10Hosting only permits the hosting of real websites.

Adam,
I'm not sure what "real web site" means. In my case I have several html pages that are mainly links and mainly for my personal use. I put them in a "html" subdirectory instead of on the top level so they are easier for me to maintain. I think that may be why your people consider my webspace to be "no site".
See :
http://verz.x10hosting.com/html/je_home.html

If that is not sufficient to count as "real", then I do have other content I could load that might better satisfy your requirements. It's my motorcycle racing web pages consisting of pictures, reports and race results for what is basically a club level effort. I had intended to do this, but have more or less been inactive in racing for the year.
However, my site is now closed and I can't upload any content to meet your requirements.
Is it possible to open my account so I could make the necessary modifications to meet your content requirements?
Thanks,
-Jon Evers

basically, you need to have an index page with some content.

what got your account suspended would be the fact that upon entering your main domain (http://verz.x10hosting.com/) there's no index.html file, which means there is a directory listing instead.

Also I clicked the folder html, which loads the default index.html file that came with the account.

There is absolutely no way we can know that we should type in that specific file in the url to find your site.

If you're using an addon domain, it's advisable that you link to your addon domain from the root level (public_html folder).
