My account is suspended due to no site how do I solve this problem. I have an idea of what No Site means but I just want to check. If its what I know the other problem is the ftp username password given to me doesn't seem to work. So how do I solve this problem.

Hi ux2clan,
You are unable to connect to your FTP account because you are suspended. If you agree to upload a legitimate website to your hosting account, we can unsuspend you.
Also, I noticed that you said you were "using the forums but no site." If you mean that you only use your forum account but not your hosting account, then that's fine - having a hosting account is not necessary. You can participate on our forums without having a website.

no what I mean by using the "forums but no site". I have a private forums in my hosting like mine is www.ux2.co.cc/bb we only use the forum but we didn't put up a site is that the reason why my account is suspended? If its required to have a site I am actually currently working on it and I would put up one. So may you reset my username/password for my ftp becausen even when my account was not suspended I couldn't enter the ftp or the cpanel.

You should move your forum to the main page or create a redirect page to the forum until you create a main page. Otherwise users just see either an error page or a list of all the files in your public_html folder. You could even create a "under construction" page if you wanted to just put something up just to have something there.
