I don't know what to do now.

I have created 3 threads before this one, detailing the situation.
I have written in the online chat.
No help, no support.

No MX records, email problems and now my site is down

Can I get some assistance please?
-Cannot create MX records
-Cannot reset zone files
-site down

It's up for me I was able to access it as for MX are you trying to makje them in cpanel or in your domasin registra

Trying to add MX records in Cpanel

I have bought the domain in godaddy, its pointed to x10hosting and I use google apps for andling the email
This is the step I am unable to perform:

Site is up now

I am still getting email errors

When sending email from gmail, ONLY when forwarding or replying, I get this message

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

"email"@discoveryairpictures.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: Domain name not found

"email" replaces my name


When I send a plain new message from gmail to @discoveryairpictures.com
with "Test" & "Test" Subject and content, it arrives no problem to the inbox

What could be going on here?

Solved

Deleted the domain, not the ftp account

then created the domain again, and voila!!
I now have Zone files and can create the MX Records

Seems to be working now, just tested a email that was giving error before its arriving ok to the inbox
