no web hosting account

hi there, i've just signed in to x10 and have found the message that there is no web hosting associated with my account. where has my files and website gone?

www.link-market.co.uk is my website but its been down for a while now

If you haven't signed in for a while, and assuming a while is more then a month, your account may have been terminated due to inactivity as per the Inactivity rule in the ToS (you should have gotten an email warning about inactivity prior to account being suspended though):

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then removed from our servers (terminated). All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting Account Portal located at https://x10hosting.com/portal/ at least once every 30 days. Accounts must have a working website within 1 week.

Unfortunately no, once deleted that means all data has been removed from the servers.
