Node.JS & my own ads

Is it possible for me to:

• put up ads from a site like Chitika with a free plan?
• use Node.JS on x10hosting with a free plan?

Yes, I don't see why you can't. Is not against their TOS.
Make sure they're not heavy usage and cause heavy loads to the server. I don't think they will, but just to make sure.

Ads are fine.

You wll not be able to run Node.js on free hosting. You would need a VPS

Thanks, Chatngox and Leafypiggy. I'll try to make my project work without Node.js... might be hard though.
