not able to login to cpanel

I know that several ppl are having the same issue, and i did try to add my name to the list as a reply to another post, but the system will not allow me to reply to posts for one reason or another.

This is the error message I received when I try to login to my cpanel:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

here is ta copy of my confermation e-mail ( i withheld my password):

:dunno: I suppose its the same problem alot of others are having. Sorry to be a further bother and sorry for taking up the extra space here with a new thread on this. Thanks for your help.

Check if you can enter your account now.
