Not able to send PM

Hello every one.
Have one problem not able to open In box.
How many Posts are required to access the Inbox.

Believe it is 10, which would mean you only need one more.

There's a few things limited as long as post count is below 10.

Edit: Now I am able to access the Inbox.
I think that was a Temporary Problem.
